Bjoern started his career in market research with Nielsen in Germany before joining the Kellogg Company. In 2012 he moved to Singapore, rejoining Nielsen to lead their pricing analytics Team in Asia Pacific. He moved to GfK in 2014 to launch point of sale analytics and marketing mix modeling. His leadership experience in GfK includes sales effectiveness, supply chain forecasting and retail partnerships The last two years he worked on gfknewron Predict, GfK’s AI-powered predictive analytics SaaS solution, launching the customer success management team in APAC, then taking over the commercial leadership for the platform Since April 2023 Bjoern is the Head of Product Management for Advanced Analytical Products in GfK covering gfknewron Predict, Forecasting and Adhoc analytics.
