Keryn Dowling is a dynamic international education leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience in instructional leadership, curriculum design, and school accreditation. Currently a consultant with the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS) and a host for Peer Sphere, she is renowned for her advocacy of inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
Keryn has held significant leadership roles globally, including as Elementary School Principal at the American International School Chennai and Lower School Principal at the International School of Luxembourg, where she championed "future-focused" learning and teacher empowerment.
An expert in professional development, Keryn is an International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP and MYP workshop leader and programme evaluator. She specializes in Adaptive Schools and Cognitive Coaching, frameworks she uses to build collaborative, high-functioning teams.
