Overview
The Doctoral Consortium provides a unique opportunity for students who are close to finishing or who have recently finished their doctorate to interact with experienced researchers in artificial intelligence, data science, computer vision, NLP, and related fields.
A senior member of the community, such as an invited speaker or panel member, will be assigned as a mentor for each student based on the student's preference or similarity of research interests.
The conference will bring together researchers, academicians, students, and industry professionals from leading institutions and organizations, including Carnegie Mellon University, Iowa State University, Monash University, Google DeepMind, Microsoft, IBM, Missouri University of Science and Technology, IITs, Rutgers University, University of Naples Federico II, and many others.
All students and mentors will attend an in-person Doctoral Consortium event during the conference, allowing students to discuss their ongoing research and career plans with their mentor. In addition, each student will present a poster describing either their thesis research or a single recent paper to other participants and mentors.
