The Institute conducted an Executive Education programme on the topic “Women Leaders” for Jio bp. The 2-day residential programme from 28^th to 29^th November delivered leadership inputs to 26 women managers, providing them insights on strategic thinking and strategic decisions focusing on implementation with empathy and managing work-life balance.
