The 7-module, 4-month programme was delivered by the instructor, Mr Srikanth Gokhale, Former Group CEO, of Landmark Group, Dubai. The program focused on in-depth foundations of the Buying and Merchandising function from broad strategies, market intelligence, and customer centricity to detailed aspects such as product and category management, inventory management and essential soft skills like leadership and team building. In the concluding session, the participants presented their semester-wide projects which were evaluated and assessed by a jury comprising Mr Kaushal Nevraker, President and CEO of Reliance Digital; Mr Glen Attewell, Advisor to Reliance Retail; and Mr Jeeva Balakrishnan, Chief Talent Officer, Reliance Retail.
