Every year, thousands of papers are published in high-impact journals, and most of them never travel beyond the PDF. Not because the science is poor. Because no one asked, early enough, the questions that turn a finding into something a health worker can use, a policymaker can act on, or a community can actually feel. The session closes with a practical framework that each participant can apply immediately to their own work, a structured way of asking where, right now, their research sits on the continuum from paper to impact, and what the single most important next step is.
